Partially Paid Bills, 0 Clarification, 0 Responses

Dear Yogan Irusan,<br> <br> It is with great concern that your systems where able to reply to the email that was sent from my employer and claiming that it is unrecognisable but there were no responses from the one I sent from my private email address [Email Removed] regarding the matter on hand. There is a matter that I am battling to understand here, my child was sick and bills were partially paid, what I am dismally failing to understand is that you(Momentum) ordered us to use one of your associated hospitals in order for you to be able fully pay what will be due. <br> <br> Now Lancet Labs is on my case with a R2783.20 bill that I was not even notified about, I need to know why was I not notified that I will have to pay the portion of the hospital bill so that I know what I was getting myself or my son into, I am not even getting proper responses besides your default server generated responses.
