paid medical aid but cant see the doctor

I am on the custome plan comprehensive medical option but when I when I went to see the doctor I was told that I do not have funds and I will need to be investigated first. When I joined they told me that my MA will be effective from 1st of February. I wish I didn't join this *** medical aid cos am sick now n I can't even see the doctor ****ing ******. I am going to reverse those debit orders I can't pay for something I don't use
