Overcharging for underservice

<p>I interacted with a chronic benefit advisor today. He told me that as asthma and allergic rhinitis have two separate ICD10 codes they do not cover allergic rhinitis medication as part of your PMB. this is despite the two being unstrung ally linked and that their competitor Discovery Health does. Also was told that Monte Aire - the clone of Singulaire, is not in their formulary therefore not covered. This is despite my having previously used the generic and it did not work. So why should I pay for an upper level policy with Momentum when I can get better benefits with Discovery? I'm paying more to get less. </p>
