Outright Deceit to Make a Deal

When I signed on with Momentum, I dealt with Kamlasan Govende, who I only engaged with once since I became a Momentum Member, the reason being that I was **** to on another product.

It appears that I have been deceived into becoming a member by means of lying to me about what would happen if I have to go to hospital. During my signup process, I made it clear to Kamlasan that my prior experience with not understanding my medical aid properly and how it works with doctors fees etc ended up with me having to pay a significant amount of money after I underwent an operation. I made it clear that if something like that would have to happen again, I do not want to experience the same thing. Promises were made as though it is as simple as the air that I breathe. I recently discovered that I am most probably going to face a hefty bill after another surgery that I am planning, purely because my current medical aid will only cover 100% of the momentum rates and the specialist I am seeing is charging an amount much higher than that. Apparently this is typical, especially given that I have no way of knowing what 100% means (no momentum employee will give me this information). So this is something I believe Kamlasan should have explained to me in great detail, instead of making the promises just to sign me up.

Well done Momentum - you really are highly successful con-artists!
