Oncology treatment deducted from savings account

<p>I am undergoing Oncology treatment for Bone cancer.</p> <p>Blood tests are taken with each treatment in order to guide the oncology treatment.</p> <p>I obtained separate authorisation for these blood tests ( ********** Ref: ********** 38).</p> <p>Momentum health is deducting the cost of the blood tests from my savings account rather than oncology benefit and has depleted my savings account.</p> <p>I have logged two calls: 28/072016 Llewellyn Ref: ********** 82 + 17/08/2016 Chris Ref: ********** 036, with no success.</p> <p>Please could a senior person assess my case and rectify. If payment cannot be made via my Oncology benefit, I will need a detailed written accounting for the reason (not that I have insufficient savings), with reference to my policy terms etc., which I can refer to my Oncologist and Attorney for further advice.</p> <p>Please correspond via email rather than telephone wherever possible, in order that I can obtain assistance in evaluating the responses.</p> <p> </p> <p>Many thanks.</p> <p>Annette</p>
