NOT THE COVER THAT WAS PROMISED!

Seems we made an error in taking up the Health 4 Me Insurance Plan. My son fell and injured his face but he is not covered because does not fall within your parameters of an accident. But when the policy was sold to us by Priya, we were told "any accident". Now we are sitting at hospital having to cover serious medical expenses out of pocket because we were sold a lie. Will be cancelling ASAP!
