Not replying to my emails!
Hi to whom this may concern, I received a mail on Thursday 24th Jan '19 subject Request to change HealthSaver form. Firstly I never asked for a form , when I email back no one replies it is Monday 13H55PM and no one has come back to me and I have emailed them 3 times and still no reply. I would just like to know why they are not replying me, I have asked medical questions and they don't reply. Should I be looking for another medical aid that will attend to my emails?
