Not happy with sh*t service from Momentum

I have been a member with Momentum for more than a year. Although in September 2015, I moved from my own membership to under my partners membership (also with Momentum). There were several exclusions (my back and sinusitis) and no waiting period (except for the exclusions which have a waiting period of 12 months)<br> No problem, I understood and had no problem with that.<br> The problem comes in when I go to the Dr in January (2016) and discover I have stomach ulcers, which is causing problems and migraines. After x-rays to check for holes in my stomach lining and blood tests.... The medical aid, doesn't pay 1cent!! The when I get a script and go get meds, once again the medical aid DOES NOT pay 1cent!! Also I was put onto a new chronic medication for my stress... Medical aid doesn't pay... Both with Dischem and Private Pharmacies, their systems say that I am in a waiting period... Up till yesterday (01/03/2016) when I went to re-new my medicine, Momentum health has NOT paid for anything. And still the pharmacies systems still say I am in a waiting period?!?!<br> I have contacted Momentum and they have said they will fix and they will pay x-rays etc.... BUT NOTHING!?!?!
