Not getting feedback on my ticket

<p>Good day</p> <p>I logged a ticket ********** 25 for my health returns which was paid incorrectly for Jan 2017 for my self and my wife. My wifes gym visits clearly stated 16 gym visits (on momentum dashboard) and in my case they didnt load the submited gym visits correctly.</p> <p> </p> <p>I logged a ticket asking for this to be corrected and supp**** the original documents again. The support person did not read the email and rep**** we did not meat the lv 5 requirements, which ofcourse we did. I responded on the mail with no response to date. I even completed the questionare saying I was unpleased with the result and that someone should contact me. This never happend.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now I am forced to post on hallopeter since normal communication methods arn't working. Please correct the payout msitake.</p>
