Nonsense customer service

If I could give you a zero I would. Absolute appalling service from the medical aid ambulance. I requested an ambulance and I was told it would arrive after 30 minutes. I then received a call to say that ambulance would be assisting an accident scene therefore they have requested another ambulance to come and latest is 25 minutes. 30 minutes later still nothing not even a phone call. This is nonsense.
