Non payment of in-hospital expenses

It is so concerning that momentum will outright reject an icd code which is correct and then expect us to pay the expense. Icd code 4194 which is in hospital and an expense for a ur I sent sample of R1183.60 was billed thereunder, the nurses had forgotten to take a urine sample from our baby in hospital and requested we do it t home and then bring the sample back. It is still an in hospital expense! This is unnecessary stress and we hope this can be recitified and we are reimbursed immediately.
