No Value for your money...

I have been a member with momentum now for a couple of months and I honestly do not see the benefit of this cover. The app allows you to get a Doctor to call you in order to get a script for medicine ect, I have tried 3 times to request a call and never receive one. Hello Doctor is a feature benefit of this cover but it does not work, why do you sell it as a benefit then? No over the counter benefit and does not feel like value for money at all. I am very close to ending my membership and rather go private and save my R600 per month and use it when I have an emergency. Very disappointing.
