No telephonic assistance vailable during office hours
I tried contacting Momentum Health on Thursday 08 November 2018 during office hours. There were no agents available to assist me and all my calls were diverted to a mailbox. If there are no agents available during office hours in a non-emergency event, what will happen in a emergency event after office hours? Really pathetic service for a prospective new client. It's obvious that Momentum Health is not interested in obtaining new members.

08 Nov 2018, 14:26I was not contacted by any consultant as promised. I tried phoning again, but now the same menu options just keeps on repeating. It seems it is impossible to speak to an agent with Momentum. Either your call gets diverted to a mailbox with no response or you keep on listening to the same menu options over and over. I would have died by now if Momentum was my medical aid and this was an emergency...
