No tax certificates

<p>I emailed momentum to send me my tax certificate on the 30th of June and I have not yet received a response. I then phoned the call centre and the consultant advised me he couldnt see my 2016 tax certificate. I am quite surprised because they claim tax certificates are now available but dont have mine.</p>
