NO SERVICE AND ****** TO BOOT

Please steer clear of Bonitas and their partner that they are in cahoots with, Momentum Health,to administer their member claims. No feedback received, no response received to queries, appalling terrible service!!! Momentum Health and Bonitas are 2 USELESS organizations. Absolutely useless. They should also hire a more diverse workforce that represents the demographics of South Africa. 100 % black staff complement are working in both the Bonìtas and Momentum call center. There are other races besides black that live, work, and pay taxes in south africa WAKE UP MOMENTUM HEALTH and BONITAS!!!!!
