No response received

I'm trying to obtain a quote for a medical aid. I've submitted the \Get a Quote\" form, as well as the \"Get an adviser to contact me\" form during the week of 4 April, however I haven't had a single email or phone call reply from them.<br> <br> If it takes this long to reply to a prospective client, how long will it take to sort out a medical claim etc?<br> <br> This is EXTREMELY concerning, especially seeing as I've already got my short term, life insurance and retirement annuity with Momentum. Perhaps I should reconsider and cancel / move all those policies as well if this is the level of service I can expect?"
