No Medical Aid Card/Correspondence in 8 MONTHS

After joining Momentum Health in April 2015, I am still waiting on a medical aid card, and some form of welcome pack detailing all benefits attached to the medical aid. I've been in touch with them to complain, but every time I get told that they'll issue a card (about 3/4 times now). <br> <br> No one follows up to check if there has been any delivery. Its been 8 months now and I'm not even sure if my cover is 100% in place.
