No Hospital Authorization given

I joined this medical aid in April 2015 were i had no waiting periods given to me.How ever now that i need to be admitted in hospital MOMENTUM DECLINED IT. According to medical aid if i was suffering with this stomach problem before i joined medical aid why did i not get it sorted out.Has i explained to them yesterday this problem is not a consistent one i start suffering with my stomach maybe once a month so i never took it serious as a medical condition.The lady Suraksha that phoned me yesterday from momentum was very rude and never even phone me back to tell me my authorization was declined. She made it seem as if i new i had a medical condition and joined the medical aid just to get treated, I had to phone the call center today myself only to find out its declined and i now have a one year waiting period put into place in regards to me been treated to find out if something is wrong with my stomach. Basically to me Momentum is not a caring and understanding medical aid to deal with. I would never recommend it to any one.
