No help with splitting of benefits/subsidy due to divorce

Momentum offers absolutely no support or feedback regarding my query of splitting medical benefits/subsidy due to divorce. Every time I call my contact person does not exist and no one has any knowledge of my urgent query that was supposed to be addressed by the legal department. Momentum's ineffectiveness is unbearable. Can anyone PLEASE HELP URGENTLY
