No help regarding PMBs

I broke my hand and had to have surgery. It falls under a Prescribed Minimum Benefit, but it's been two months since it happened, and I have to jump through so many hoops just to get the scheme to pay for the necessary care. They make it almost impossible to get what THE LAW requires them to pay, and I have been back and forth so many times, it's totally frustrating and I'm getting nowhere. Don't use this medical aid if you want good service and communication.
