To whom this may concern :i am the manager of company for 13 years i contacted momentum health to add on an employee on the medical aid And was told the is no broker assigned anymore I requested a brief introduction again of the new broker for our 14 staff who wanted to also join the ingwe option We were told no we can't, I am not person on account So asked who is if I am the Manger The operator told sge cannot say So I said a few names of mangers who were before me or one of my staff ,she said no So I Said possibly the director she Said no Was it Victoria alkenz who passed away at the age of 92 in 2007 The operator asked for proof ,how do I send proof a 92 year old who died in 2007 That will her 117 years old The bottom line is ,does momentum not want our business, Please leave a senior contact details To reach out to Or do we just cancel and go with discovery or key health .
