No Feedback - On babies medical aid

My husband and i are in the process of adopting a baby of 9 months. He was recently placed in our care with a form 2 from the magistrate court. We then decided to add him to our medical aid. First it was said that this cant be allowed then i put up a fight and Momentum referred me to a very nice gentle man also trying his at most best to help us and get feedback from the underwriter

Our baby is not on a medical aid and it has now been a month later up and down asking all documents previously provided.

I can't understand why an innocent baby gets this poor attention. We understand the red tape behind this but surely just a yes or no will do with all the court documents supp**** already. I need my baby on a medical aid even if it costs that i cancel with Momentum and go to a better party that will actually help. What if something goes wrong and our baby needs urgent treatment - Do i take him to a government hospital..... I will make sure that this goes unseen from all social media platforms should this happen!
