No care at all

Can't believe I'm admitted via trauma for a pmb condition and the call center keeps saying I have a co payment cause it's a non dsp and it's planned. This is not a planned procedure and this is an emergency , I'm just going to add this complaint to my company's long list of complaints with this medical aid to ensure we can change providers for this type of service!! Not to mention they just adding to my pain! Who plans to have an emergency man !
