No authorization even in serious medical attention until they obtain clinical assessments

My kids were admitted in hospital but the medical aid did not give authority to admission simply because they did not have clinical history for them to make an admission to hospital.i was pressed by hospital financial department to pay R20,000 each at mediclinic to get proper care if the momentum doesnt come through for us . ..I feel so ambushed since I thought this medical aid will deal with my familys health needs.up until now the matter is still at the discussion department , I mean thos is from the 1st February's until now the 6th February 2017 , the 6th day now , no responce from this ****** as my children's lives are in danger ...Wow thank you for valuing our lives this little
