No accountability

I have been struggling for the past 3 weeks or so to get Momentum Health to assist in an early transfer of my medical savings. I have dealt with several consultants with the latest individual bringing me back right to square one in my objective.<br> <br> Each and every consultant clearly did not understand the situation of why I needed my savings which Momentum needs to get through their skulls that the money does not belong to them.<br> <br> I understand the whole process of waiting for any late payments processing, however, I have given confirmation that I would be responsible for all valid claims.<br> <br> Nobody has bothered to take accountability in assisting in this issue and I find myself dealing with several consultants who would understand common sense if it appeared right in front of their faces.<br> <br> One thing is for sure that if I have to move medical aids I will not consider Momentum for this pathetic display of professionalism.
