My wife is in pain and Momentum are taking days

Last Sunday my wife was rushed to the emergency room at fourways life hospital, BTW the staff there was great! Unfortunately my wife's condition was not good and the doctor is his own words said that he could not let her leave the hospital as he could lose his license and she had to be admitted. The urologist required an immediate CT scan to be done but when we got in contact with Momentum they said they would need 3 days. The Urologist wrote to Momentum so did my wife and so did I but after numerous calls and emails Momentum sent me as email YESTERDAY that ONLY NOW the case has been allocated to the correct department. They do not understand the EMERGENCY on the situation, doctors are writing up to them but we hear nothing. My wife is in incrediable pain and nothing is been done. The emails from Yolanda Mngoma and Fatima Hassan just horrify me(previously with momentum from 2***) They dont understand the case but yet they email me. After calling them I get sms to rate their calls but after giving them zero for the calls they message back to how easy was it to deal with us! SHOCKING well my wife is still in PAIN and we have heard nothing from Momentum!
