My Husbands Medical Aid was suspended

Good Day. I have been struggling to get my husbands medical aid reinstated, as it was terminated imidiately while my husband was in Empangeni life care hospital waiting for test to be done and was told I can bring my husband to the hospital everything will be ok as I felt in my heart something was wrong and was not a stroke, we did the CT scan on the 20 September 2017 and the Radiologist saw something was wrong and called me and said he has to do an MRI as there is something, the results came back and is a large Tumour with oedema, I had to pay R1700 money I didn't have for CT scan. The hospital kept my husband the Wednesday night still in hospital and Thursday the 21st September 2017, we still tried our best to get the medical aid reinstated, the staff at Empangeni life health care clinic we're very helpful and tried their best also, but was informed my husband needs to be transferred to ngwalizane state hospital as the medical still won't be reinstated, my husband is still in Ngwalizane State hospital and only gets panados for the severe headaches he is having, I was told by the doctors at Ngwalizane state hospital that my husband can only see the neurosurgeon on the 6 November 2017 and was also informed by the doctor at Ngwalizane state hospital he can't guarantee that my husband will make it till the 6 November 2017.stated in attached photo of radiology document my husband must see a neurosurgeon urgently. I joined Momentum Ingwe medical Aid as my daughter told me Momentum is very good. Please I ask you from my heart please assist as urgent as possible. My husband has 3 small gran kids and 3 daughters. My husband cried and said who is going to walk my two gran kids down the isle when they get married one day, as their daddy passed away on the 2 November 2015 in a vehicle accident. The appeal I made to the medical aid: Good Day. To whom it may concern. I am appealing the termination of my husband Anton Mynhard Cyril Van Staaden medical aid. I state truthfully that my husband had no existing illnesses what so ever. We brought my husband thru to ngwalizane hospital via ambulance because he was having what lookt like seizures \ stroke and he could still walk, but in ngwalizane hospitals care he deteriate so much that his left side is paralyzed and his hand and feet is so swollen, his face on the left side is paralyzed also he is complaining of severe headaches, under their care he fell and hurt himself also because of the paralysis. Ngwalizane hospital MRI and CT scan is not working and there is no proper treatment what so ever. We phoned Garden clinic Hospital on Monday the 18 September and momentum health also and was advised to Singh my husband out of ngwalizane hospital and bring him straight thru to Empangeni garden Clinic and was told he will be covered. Yesterday the 19th I spoke to a lady by the name of Saksha Singh she was so Rude and yelled at me and has no compassion and she then told me I'm going to suspend your husbands medical aid, just because he fell previously and hurt himself while working and I took my husband to the doctor Privately, we we're not informed he had a stroke and didn't look like a stroke as he only had pain in his right and was given sleeping tablets, what he didn't use and was also given a muscle relaxer, afterwards he fully recovered and could drive and was fully capable to take his gran kids for a walk. I was still applying for the medical aid when my husband got hurt, as I was informed by my daughter Cherie Neethling that Momentum Ingwe medical aid is very good as she and her 2 little girls are on the medical aid. I did not know I have to inform the medical aid of injuries or sc****s what so ever. My husband desperately needs proper treatment and test to be done, he has 3 gran kids waiting for their gran daddy to come home. You can't order a stroke or illness ext...and say today you are going to get sick ext....please from the bottom of my heart I ask you to please activate my husbands medical aid as it is very very urgent.
