Multiply not worth it.

This review is more about their Multiply platform rather than medical aid.

I recently tried the paid version and had multiple issues. 1. I was told I can do a digital fitness assessment; that was not true. 2. When you convert rewards to health returns, the app will tell you that you are about to get, for example, R25. Then, after converting and checking the statement, the amount would be less. 3. The app has multiple bugs and dealing with the call centre is a nightmare. 4. I cancelled and ask that a manager or someone like call me so that I could show them the issues I have had. I was told someone would phone me, its been days and no one has called.
