Momentum/Sirago

<div>I had investigative surgery in March 2023. Momentum refused to part of the doctor's account so I submitted it to my gap cover Sirago who, in turn, also refused stating that this was a PMB. I contacted Momentum and it was resubmitted. Having not heard from Momentum since the resubmission, I contacted the call centre today only to discover that Momentum required more information. I asked for it to be emailed to me but was told that the claims department don't do this. So she was kind enough to put what was on the screen and sent it to me: The email read :Pathology report and Theatre. Shocking to say the least. How does one even try and find out what they want.
