Momentum - worst medical fund

Worst medical fund- Momentum Custom is suppose to be a FULL COVER hospital plan, but it's not. They have copayments for everything! I took my husband to the ER, he was then admitted to hospital. We had a copayment of R1500 for admission. Now my husband must go for a gastroscopy and a colonoscopy, we then have another copayment of R4000 for each procedure. That is a copayment of R9500 in just 2 days. What is the use to have a full cover hospital plan, when you still have to pay for almost every procedure. And in a few days time, we will receive all the other bills (from the hospital) that Momentum did not pay. Momentum is a money-hungry company.
