Momentum worst medical ever
My Wife have to go for an operation, after we had to spent R5000 for the CT Scan where you can clearly see the stone. The Doctor even gave us the codes to get the authorisation . They gave us the Authorisation and then 4 hours later sent us an declined email stipulating that there doctor could not see any stones, he only looked at the normal scan report and not the CT Scan. This is after we had to fight with them about the Specialist that they say is not on there sceme. This was a nightmare medical aid. They are worsed medical aid to deal with. Quick to take your money every month, but when you need them they try everything in there power not to commit to there oplication

24 Feb 2021, 17:30Plus they told my wife to go home after a stent was inserted and told her she must come back Monday where we have to pay money again for a Covid test and another co- payment of R1650. That is now a total of R3300. Had to pay R 4720 for CT Scan and today we have to pay R4930 for the Scope they are going to use, but every month I have to pay them almost R7000 . So what are they paying for as it looks they are just making money out of there members. Had a look at there prochure they emailed last year and now where does it stipulates what they are not paying for.
