Momentum will keep your money for 6 months after termination - don't use their savings options

Since I've joined momentum group, I haven't been able to login on their apps for almost 2 years. Now that I've cancelled the medical aid, and momentum group confirmed my savings would be accumulating interest, now I'm being told the funds will not be accumulating interest and they will be paid out in 6 months!! And that I signed a contract which I don't recall signing. So I ask them for a copy and they don't have the copy of the signed contract.

The service has been appalling to say the least.
