Momentum wants to pay supplier when I already paid supplier

On the 19th of June I went to a Dr and paid him same day. I then claimed amount back from my Healthsaver. After fighting with Momentum they eventually paid out the claim to me. NOW this morning I received an email for the same claim they want to pay to supplier , but supplier was already paid on the 19th of June. I even attached proof of payment ect. So sick of Momentum's incompetence. Fix it, because NO funds must be deducted for this claim, as it was already paid!
