Momentum Unpaid claim (3+ months)
I lodged my first claim query on the 14th of April 2022, it is almost the 14th of July and they have still not paid me as per my claim! Yet another reason why they are seemingly the worst medical aid providers to be under! I still lothe them and I should have never been with them! They are pathetic with after-sales and they simply don’t care!
