MOMENTUM UNAUTHORISED DEBITS
My daughter is currently living and studying alone in Cape Town, we have Momentum medical aid for her where the premium is just under R500. Today her account got debited for R2709 without any notice. This was money she needed to survive for the rest of the month. How can a company just debit an unauthorised amount from accounts? I need this resolved immediately as my daughter needs this money to survive! I will be reporting this to the ombudsman and relevant bodies should this matter not be resolved.
