Momentum The WORST MEDICAL **** SOUTH AFRICA HAS SEEEN

WARNING TO ANYONE WANTING TO TAKE OUT ANY TYPE OF COVER WITH MOMENTUM!!!

Please becareful of this company, Momentum is not at all what their advertisment claims to be and I would suggest not getting any cover with them.

For 3 years now, Momentum has been deducting money from my salary religiously but yesterday was when I found out that they wouldn't so much as authorize a Dr's visit for me. Imagine my surprise hearing this, a company that has been taking from me for years, couldn't cover my medical needs.

I've been as sick as dog, barely being able to get out bed I had to make my way to a Dr. I contacted Momentum advising them of how terribly sick I am and instead of assisting me the call centre agent brushed me off and said I need to contact different department.

I did as the call centre agent said. I managed to arrange a call back the other department, which was supposably a Dr that I was waiting for a call from.

I received a call back but I highly doubt this was Dr, the background sounded like somebody that was standing on a corner or a tuckshop line. The communication skill were very bad and the caller did anything but assist me.

I got directed back to the call centre which was very disappointing because I realized at that point my health doesn't matter to Momentum at all, I could've literally been dying and Momentums main aim was to get me off the phone with no assistance. They literally take my money each month but wouldn't assist me in anyway shape or form.

I'm now adding this review to warn others, Momentum is a total NIGHTMARE!! And if you could, please stear away from Momentum as they not anywhere near value for money, they aren't going to help you in your time of actual need!!!

I've been at home for the past 3 day's, very ill. It's no secret I need to see a Doctor but momentum won't authorize it, please please please, Momentum is a ****. Momentum is a very big ****.
