Momentum services are atrocious!

So disappointed and disgusted in the service received by hello Dr!! Questioning me as to why I need an Auth code to see a doctor. I told her I am not well. She said well I'll give you a sick note and script instead. Only got the script no sick note!!! I called and tried every form of communication but they just say oh we sent it!! I am a paying customer! Terrible service
