Momentum say it takes a long time for payments to reflect in the bank ...

Having been diagnosed with sleep apnea after months of waiting for authorisations etc., Momentum approved part payment for my CPAP machine and I was told after numerous calls to them that the payment was made in the run on the 13th April 2018. Ten days later, and it is still not reflecting in the supplier's bank account. It does not take ten days for a payment to reflect. My health is being compromised by my own medical aid. Not only that, they just decided without asking me to use ALL of my savings towards the cost of the machine. Surely I should have been asked first if this was in order. Now I have no savings for the rest of the year! I am extremely unhappy with Momentum.

I disagree, Jody. I do not accept that on an extraordinary supply, your client should not be consulted before you summarily and without consent and authority use their annual savings. Momentum needs to address this issue. If your service providers can do it, why can't you? Are you saying your service providers provide a better service than Momentum? It seems that way to me.
