Momentum poor service

Worse service ever.. Spoke to some guy called zama regarding my authorisation.. Told him it was an emergency appointment as they received all the information from the doctor.. Doctors pA called for authorisation and was told to hold till this morning nothing.. Zama never called me back for the authorisation and still nothing till now... I'm still waiting for the authorisation and my appointment is today.... I'm soo angry with you guys.. You take our money and your service sucks...I'm still waiting for my authorisation and I'm in soo much pain... I'm hurt by the way you treat your clients
