MOMENTUM PATHETIC

This is so shocking, people please never go with Momentum Health, my brother was admitted for a Stroke at Alberton Netcare Hospital, he received an account for R10k from radiology that they forcing him to pay, his plan with momentum radiology is covered under his plan, his wife broke her arm went to casualty at Alberton Netcare Hospital, they said she must come back for a follow up after a week, she went she got turned away, apparently its not covered by Momentum, i called momentum they said its covered she must go back, today she went back same thing happened and got turned away again, she is in such pain, I CALLED THE RADIOLOGY DEPARTMENT, JUST TO FIND OUT THAT THEY DONT DO BUSINESS WITH MOMENTUM HEALTH BECAUSE MOMENTUM DOESNT PAY THEIR ACCOUNTS, SO NOW ITS BECOMING THE PATIENTS PROBLEM,, THIS IS PATHETIC AND APPAULING IM SHOCKED.. EVERYTIME YOU CALL MOMENTUM U ON HOLD FOR LONG PERIODS AND GET CUT OFF
