Momentum now using delaying tactics

After I wrote my first review on Momentum Health4Me, I got a response from them promising to contact me so they can give me assistance on my matter. However no contact has been made with me at all. My partner is pregnant, we need the service concerned and time is of the essence. We cannot be kept waiting by Momentum.
