Momentum not available

About a year ago I tried calling Momentum on their emergency number after hours. My wife was very sick and need to go to hospital. Nobody was available on the emergency number. I phoned them the next week and ask them why nobody was available on that number. This was their response "Kindly be informed that the fund does not close, we are open 24/7 for medical emergencies, please do not hesitate to call us should you require emergency assistance after normal working hours." This is a lie. I got the same situation now and guess what... Nobody is answering the number. Now you have the option to Whatsup them. Not working either. I tried downloading the App a couple of time the last year. Not working either. Momentum is nowhere when you need them the most.
