Momentum no support

I have had nothing but issues with Momentum Health since joining their maternity program in April 2020, tariff codes that are specified and no. of times you can claim for codes on Maternity benefit do not agree with their claims. I have had to scrutinize Lab tests and appointment costs and tariffs after every visit as on numerous occassions momentum are too quick to just claim from your savings / healthsaver and when it is exhausted you have to fork out the cash. I have had on more that two occassions, now where I need to go back to momentum and hilight that they have incorrectly submitted claims. I receive no feedback on why these claims get taken from savings. Another example, on my maternity benefit it specifies that urine dipsticks are covered with every antenatal visit (12 visits and 13 dipsticks in total) however today when contacting momentum on whats app - the consultant informs me only two urine dipsticks are covered???? when I send a screenshot of the maternity benefit where it states 13 tests - no answer???? I have been with Momentum for 13 years and this year has been non stop issues, motivation letters for a blood test that was performed in hospital??? My daughter had pneumonia and was admitted to hospital, hospital procedure is that the parent has to accompany the minor child (shes 9) so we both had to be tested for covid 19 - Hospital and Government regulation, i contacted momentum as they say you need to get pre approval for testing, which i couldnt get as she was admitted that same day, was then told by momentum to get a motivation from Dr for test to be covered from major benefit for myself and my daughter. I got the letter and did what was asked, just for them to tell me sorry they wont cover as I dont qualify. I mean honestly.
