Momentum Multiply is becoming ridiculous

Momentum Multiply, I am trying very hard to get my safety information validated as I do every year. For the "alarm with armed response" I use have been using the same photo as the previous years, now Multiply wont accept it and also not give me a reason why not? I don't have the time to waste on these things, please sort it out.
