Momentum Multiply Frustration

I am seriously frustrated with Momentum Multiply! I did my annual fitness assessment with the approved Biokineticist and part of the assessment is a dynamometer grip strength test. My grip strength (for my age) was rated as strong by the Biokineticist and according to the dynamometer rating chart my reading was also rated as strong. I checked with the Sports Science Institute of South Africa (SSISA) and my reading was also rated similarly. However Momentum Multiply have rated my grip strength as weak and try as I may I cannot get them to explain to me why they rate my strength as weak. In fact they flatly refuse to disclose any information. The result of this is that my overall fitness assessment score is affected negatively and my benefits that Multiply promise are severely reduced. I fail to understand their attitude and certainly is not in the interests of openess and transparency. My trust in Momentum Multiply is now at an all time low. I’m sure I am not the only person affected by this situation.
