Momentum Medical & Life

I use to be a customer with Momentum for year, my medical, life insurance and pension funds use to be with them. I pick up a sports injury back in 2017 and recovered 100%.My doctor at that time also wrote a report to confirm that this is ridiculous. Due to this Momentum cancelled my life insurance, They confirmed that they will refund my payments on my life insurance. Due to that I cancelled my Medical aid by them. Because of this the there was a shortfall of R800. Have been battling for over five years now to get refunded Momentum Life, which is a couple of thousand rand. Now Momentum lawyers (Blake & Acc.) wants to blacklist me because of there poor services. I have phoned Momentum in Cape Town so many times now and nobody can resolve the problem. There lawyers(Blake & Acc.) are erasing a person two to three time a day. It is pathetic to see how many *********** people is working in departments with these big companies. For me it is not about the money, R800 please....... it is about the principle that Momentum and there lawyers wants to cash in but can not pay out. And on top of it all what about the pension funds that is lying there, just wonder how I can have a rested heart knowing that my pension funds will not pay out one day..............
