Momentum medical aid through Webhelp

I have a medical aid with momentum that refuses with Webhelp the company I work for that says I have this medicL aid and it's compulsory for me to have it but I pay it from my salary. My biggest issue is that I have sickly children and myself with conditions not covered and u have found a medical aid that could help me with these conditions for a lesser price that I can afford but when I sent a cancelation request it gets rejected and I get told to get my spouse to get me on their medical aid then they will cancel. I write this review with great disappointment and anger because I'm forced to have something that doesn't help me even now I've been peeing blood from September and this medical aid can't help me and they telling me to move to another plan I can not afford it it's too much already I owe hospital's because of the help that I get that is outside of my plan please help me get rid of this medical aid I have had enough for the past 2 years
