Momentum Medical Aid pathetic admin

The worst ever. My Daughter is on Ingwe student health. She needed treatment in June, she was the put under a huge clinical review although it was an emergency. It was in the end decided inner favour. So we think all is good now, she now was diagnosed with critically and life threatening low ferration and haemoglobin levels and needs iron infusions as a prescribed minimum benefit. So what hapoens, the exact same clinical review is again requested from her. History does not change, so all info is the same , it should be loaded after the first time , done , this is absolutely pathetic.
