Momentum Medical Aid

I have been with a Medical Aid since 1972 with break for 2 years because of financial problems and penalized with 25% (unreasonable). I have been on this medical aid for 23 years. Since this Medical Aid became unaffordable I am trying to join Momentum Medical Aid. My wife has never been off a medical and still being penalized with 50% and 18 years penalty. I am being penalized 50% and 24 years. Momentum now seek evidence of our previous medical aid. All medical aids inform me that they are by law required to keep records for 5 years. I feel this is ********* and certainly not honest.
