Trying to get help from hello doctor is nightmare I suffer from allergies, perfect normal thing for this time of the year, they make it so difficult and cumbersome to even get connected, and if you lucky enough to get through the doctor always seems preoccupied and want to deny your request asap. We ensured through the job so can't even opt out as long as I work for the company I'm trapped but this is South Africa never an inch given for the poor.
